Pour 3 decilitres of boiling water over 2 tea spoons of the mixture and leave it covered for 10 minutes. Then filter it and drink 3 decilitres of the warm tea three times a day. Try to prepare a fresh tea every time you decide to drink it. You can improve the taste with a bit of lemon or honey. Add both when the tea cools down.
